RETURN GIFTS

Plants as Return Gifts As we are celebrating our younger daughter's birthday this month, we are struggling hard to find the perfect and customized return gifts to our friends,which should be unique and budget friendly as well. After a lot of research I came up with the idea of gifting plants as return gifts. One main concern or a problem which striked my head is what plants should I gift, because the plants should be very easy to handle and should be tolerant to all the weather conditions and most importantly they should be travel friendly for the guests to carry them to their home. After a lot of research I finally decided upon gifting succulents.I am specific about succulents because they are very sturdy and hard to kill plants.They are available in different varieties and come in smaller size. TRASH TO TREASURE -2

TRASH TO TREASURE:  Here i come up with an another trash to treasure post. In this post i would like to reuse old and broken tea cups into planters. Instead of trashing them and they end up in the landfill. Lets RECYCLE and REUSE them and give them a new life. I am sure every household has such unused coffee/tea cups lying in our homes. All we need is cups and plant of your choice, preferably smaller plants.  I choose to plant snake plant babies in two of the cups and cactus in the other one. As i want to use them indoor i selected these two house plants. Snake plant cactus plant TIPS : **One important thing to consider is these cups doesn't have any drainage holes, So be little conscious while watering. Always touch and check the top soil, and only if the soil is dry then add very little water to the plant.
